As I take a break from the monotony of sending out resumes, I decided to check out yahoo news for a quick laugh, and I stumbled upon this transcribed fecal discharge. How is it that men have no rights in these cases, and women can manipulate the system if they so desire? How can you charge someone strictly on reasonable suspicion, or word of mouth? Is probable cause assumed in these scenarios, and a benefit of doubt given to the "victim." What if the victim is actually the dumb asshole that decided to have a few to many and hook up with this sack chaser? Does this bureau not have to follow the laws written out in the constitution? What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

This man has paid thousands of dollars, and was placed in the slammer for a year because he was laid off, and couldn't pay for a child that ISN'T his. There is basically no chance that he will receive proper compensation either. Why is she not facing criminal charges for fraudulently claiming this man was the father of her fuck trophy? We're not talking about robbing a bank, where according to Patrick Swayze in Point Break, the money is insured; we're talking about people on or below the poverty line(usually) who can't afford a decent lawyer, wrongfully being forced to relinquish their hard earned(usually) cash to some worthless whore and her kid that is going to grow up, and suck from the S cup sized titties of the welfare system. You would think that with cases like this happening all the time, there would be some sort of regulation stating a DNA test must be conducted before making someone pay for the bastard child of a deceptive floozy, or at least before making them do time behind bars.

Instead, a women can claim that a man is the father, and that basically means end of discussion. "But wait, the kid's darker than that inadequate tax payer Wesley Snipes, has a nappier 'fro than Lauren Hill w hen she was with the Fugees, and his epicanthic fold is more noticeable than Jackie Chan's." "That's too bad sir, this promiscuous bottom feeder said IT's Your BABY!, so it is now your responsibility to feed and cloth both of them for the next 216 months." Don't get me wrong, I used to watch the Jenny Jones' Show like the rest of you, and I refuse to watch Maury Povich unless it has to do with some baby momma drama, but come on, Really? The system is broke, and it needs to be fixed. We have way too much gov't in our lives as it is, but if they are going to continue to reach into unsuspecting people's pockets, there should at least be just cause. This is a principle that our country was founded on, No Taxation Without Representation, just as it should be No Child Support Without Legitimate Scientific Evidence.
